Letters are made to order: first we make your name, then it ships to your address, well protected. The shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your country.
As soon as your package ships, we send you the tracking number by email or WhatsApp.

Which sizes do the letters come in?
2, 3 and 5 inches tall per letter. If you need another size, ask us on WhatsApp before you buy.
How do I tell you the name?
Type it in the note box («Nota») at checkout, with colors if you like, or send it on WhatsApp with your order number. We confirm it before making the letters.
How much is a name?
The price is per name of up to 5 letters and depends on size and finish: from US$ 22 in 2 inches (sample prices, to be confirmed). For longer names, add single letters.
How long does it take?
Letters are made to order: 3 to 5 business days, plus shipping time to your country.
Do you ship outside the US?
Yes. The cost depends on the country and is calculated at checkout.
Is it safe to pay by card?
Yes. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.
Do you sell molds?
Yes, a few, for makers who want to pour their own pieces. You’ll find them under «Molds» in the shop.
